Deuteronomy 28:32-34

³² Your sons and your daughters shall be given to another people, and you shall wear out your eyes looking for them all day long, powerless to lift a finger on their behalf. ³³ A people whom you do not know shall devour all of the produce of the land and of your work. You shall know nothing but crushing oppression all of your days. ³⁴ What your eyes behold shall drive you insane.
